If your website offers a chance to make an appointment for an oil change, don’t tell the customer that oil changes are first come/first served when they arrive at their appointment time. My car was at the dealership for simple warranty work & it took 6 weeks. When I picked up my car there were damaged. Slight but nevertheless damages. This dealer lacks attention to customer. They push the sale and when it’s time to help you, they shy away from helping. They promised to give me my money back and have yet to hear from them. Plus that doesn’t even include all the stress they caused during my pregnancy leading to having to be induced early.
