They called me 1 hours before they closed by leaving a voice message Saying “ hi this is Eddie your vehicle is ready bye” no letting me know they close in an hour So I waste time gas and money Not voice message Saying “ hi this is Eddie your vehicle is ready bye” no letting me know they close in an hour So I waste time gas and money Not the only problem I have with them. Everytime I go they xxxx something up. Or “check” it such as cabin filter which they haven’t changed regardless me paying it. If I were you I wouldn’t trust them with more than an oil change And I’m sure they only do it every other time More

Service was good. However, I had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation?? Was told they don’t have appointments for oil changes, yet the appoint was ex However, I had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation?? Was told they don’t have appointments for oil changes, yet the appoint was exactly for service needed, which was the oil change and tire rotation, so I was a bit confused! Also, as I was waiting at the dealer, I noticed my car parked for about 40 minutes. When I asked if it was ready, I was told they were just about to call me to let me know that it was. Therefore, I was probably sitting there for 40 minutes when my car was ready already! So I think they overbook and don’t have enough staff to work. More
