They did a great job fixing my car. It needed a timing belt and a replacement on a major gasket. Yeah, it took a really long time but that was expected. What I didn't expect was my battery to go dead right after leaving. See, I never had a battery problem and I spent over 4k in repairs, so it really bugs me that my battery was probably switched out. When I dropped my car off, I'd never had a battery problem and two hours after picking my car up, the battery was dead. So, why 5 stars? One word: Armen. Armen B was my contact for all service of my car. He saw my original, scathing 3 star review of the shop and he contacted me with an apology for the experience (that goes a long way) and the offer to reimburse us for the suspicious battery (that goes further and I accepted). This is what good service looks like. Great job! More

I went in to get a replacement for my arm rest and ended up paying $1100 for a service that was never explained to me! The service rep seemed irritated with me when I asked him questions, which is frustrati up paying $1100 for a service that was never explained to me!
