This morning my daughter and I came to Ventura Toyota to look for a new/used car. As soon as we met Luis Martinez he was extremely friendly and offered us his help. He showed us cars we were interested in and took us for a test drive. We took a long time to decide and I have to say that Luis M. was EXTREMELY patient with us. He negotiated the best price for us, gave us very valuable suggestions, he NEVER pressured us into buying something we didn't like. This is the 3rd car I buy at Ventura Toyota and definitely Luis Martinez has been the best sales person I have worked with. Our salesman Ray Sanchez was great, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. He spent so much time going over all the new electronics and apps. From setting up our cell phones to using the other apps on the navigation system, he made sure we were happy and understood everything. (thanks Ray) Octavio Fierros worked with us and gave us exactly what our trade-in was worth with no hassle at all. The Finance Mgr. Sam Swain was one of the best we've ever dealt with. I'd give him a 10+. As with all the others he was very friendly, explaining everything as we went along filling out the paper work. He also got us the very lowest interest rate available and never was pushy trying to get us buy additional add-ons and extras such as extended warranty, etc. With such a great sales and service team at Ventura Toyota we will continue to purchase our vehicles from them and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors. More

Marion pointed out features the new Camry had that helped us get a better rate on our insurance. She also handled all the paperwork and was well organized. Manuel went over all the features the new car had which was many! He was excellent at demonstrating them, not just talking about them. He paired our phones and demonstrated how Bluetooth worked, which we loved. They did not rush us, and we could tell they wanted to make sure we were informed and comfortable, which we were. We had a good experience 20 years ago when we purchased a 4Runner here, and they did not dissapoint this time. More

He seemed genuinely excited about our purchase and really helped us with a jovial attitude. He really felt more like a fun family member than someone trying to sell a car. We appreciated that...and quite frankly needed that. Overall, Ventura Toyota is, without exaggeration, the best Toyota dealership in the area. The cleanliness of the service area and the welcoming attitude of the sales make me confident in saying I would definitely buy another and recommend buying a Toyota from Ventura Toyota. This is my second vehicle from them...I can honestly say that I have not had a negative experience, yet. More
