I was nervous going to a dealership alone as a women that knows nothing about cars or financing. Jim was so helpful and so nice. I felt he had my best interest at heart. I had my heart set on a particular vehicle which at first seemed like I would not be able to afford. Jim was great and I felt he was putting in real effort and really trying to get me into the vehicle I wanted for a price I could actually afford. I needed several moments to think things over and he never made me feel pressured or as if I wasting his time. He answered all my questions fully and never made me feel dumb for not knowing the process. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles myself prior to this and those experiences were awful. Ventura Toyota has changed how I view purchasing a vehicle. In fact, my whole experience was fun and speedy. Jim took the time after I purchased the vehicle to help me connect my phone and learn the basics of the car.
