I had a great experience at Ventura Toyota. I started with an internet request and Darren called same day to speak to me. He wasn't pushy or aggressive and when I went into the dealership he was extreme with an internet request and Darren called same day to speak to me. He wasn't pushy or aggressive and when I went into the dealership he was extremely helpful. He didn't try to push me into buying a car, he just answered all of my questions and helped me find the right car for me. I would recommend Darren to family and friends anytime. FIRST TIME AROUND I FELT I GOT SCREWED BAD, SO OCTAVIO THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER CALLS ME AND SAID IF YOUR NOT HAPPY GIVE US ANOTHER CHANCE , SO I WENT BACK IN THERE AND DELT WITH OCTAVIO AND KRISTEN AND THE GENERAL SALES MANAGER CALLS ME AND SAID IF YOUR NOT HAPPY GIVE US ANOTHER CHANCE , SO I WENT BACK IN THERE AND DELT WITH OCTAVIO AND KRISTEN AND THEY CAME THROUGH FOR ME THE SECOND TIME AROUND ,EVERYONE WAS REALLY NICE AND HELPFULL LIKE A TEAM , FROM OCTAVIO, KRISTEN, JOHNNY, LUIS THEY WERE GREAT!!! I bought a car from ventura Toyota abought five months ago and i was in another state and found out that the finace guy lee misled into buying two service contracts and gap for my new car $3950 extra ago and i was in another state and found out that the finace guy lee misled into buying two service contracts and gap for my new car $3950 extra on my loan and i went in there too get a cheaper payment on my trade in car it was $ 605 now if i wanted a cheaper payment why would i add these things to my contract . and he even got me too put gap on my new loan and why would i buy gap if i knew i wouln,"t be upside down in my vehicle ? so i trusted lee that he was explaining these options too me honestly. i find out that lee gets a good % of these ad ons please take your time too look over your contract there might be other LEES out there!!!! ITS A SHAME TOYOTA ALLOWS THIS TOO HAPPEN!!! More

Eric was a pleasure to work with. I asked him a bazillion questions and he got answers for all of them! Most of all he traded with another dealer to get the exact truck I was needing! I felt bad bazillion questions and he got answers for all of them! Most of all he traded with another dealer to get the exact truck I was needing! I felt bad that the 1st sales consultant (Jeffery Grodin) I was working with, wasn't there the day I made my purchase but Eric entrusted that he too would get compensated for his time helping me. Jeffery was awesome too! This is my second purchase of a Tacoma in 4 years at Ventura Toyota. I will highly recommend Ventura Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle and that should be quite a few folks since I travel a lot with a lot of folks! More
