I've never purchased a vehicle before and I've heard horrible stories from other first time buyers; well I can say that my experience with Ventura Toyota was the complete opposite!! I bought a 2010 4Runner from KP on January 1st. Great experience. I negotiated the price with him the day before and he drove the vehicle down to San Diego the next day. Firstly, he's genuine and easy to talk with. No pressure, no "car salesman" talk. Deon was trustworthy,honest,direct and very knowledgible. I had been in search of a vehicle for over 6 months and had visited many dealerships and was always disappointed. Even if they had a vehicle I was interested in, the sales person either ignored me or just didn't give me a lot of confidence. Deon was completely unlike that. He greeted us warmly and gave us really important information that convinced me to purchase my dtrs vehicle at Ventura Toyota, such as, the Toyota extensive vehicle checklist and the quality/standards of all their used cars. He impressed me by telling us about the owner of the dealership and his personal standards for all his vehicles, whether Toyota's or not. Deon put together both car deals for myself and my daughter and made it about stress free as you can. He expedited the process, explained what we could expect and a accurate timeline to get it all completed. I think I got an incredible price on both cars and Deon put that together for us as well. Overall, I think you have a very valuable employee in Deon. I also want to compliment those person's who helped in the financial aspect/paperwork. They also made the process a better experience. to make it short,, I called KP Ghuman with an offer Aprox. 10:00AM on Tuesday the 28Th 2012 with a specific order for a 2012 Prius..
