Excellent customer service! I live in the San Fernando Valley and came across two well known dealerships that gave me great pricing on a Toyota Rav 4. Unfortunately, regardless of the great pricing, Hame Valley and came across two well known dealerships that gave me great pricing on a Toyota Rav 4. Unfortunately, regardless of the great pricing, Hamer Toyota salesmen wasn't as friendly as Jacob. Although I live almost 50 miles away from Oxnard, I decided to give them a try and inquired through the the Ventura Toyota internet site around 2 AM with my current situation. To my surprise, I received an email from Jacob just 15 minutes that he will contact me first thing in the morning. I would say around 10 AM that same day, he was able to gather some information for me and clarified some information; the way he responded to me wasn't "aggressive" which made me comfortable dealing with Jacob. Although the price that I have originally asked for wasn't granted. The fact that Jacob and his team didn't brush me off like other dealers would, and instead continued to see if there were other ways possible to earn my business, I accepted the fact that it is rare to deal with salesman who "just want your money". Prior to this purchase, I have 9 purchase-experiences with dealers in the last 12 years and to my research of a Toyota Rav 4 in the last 3 months, Jacob was helpful and straight forward. There was a time during the deal that I thought they increased the "monthly on me" and I quickly questioned it; but instead of telling me that my "calculations were wrong" (because they were), he pointed out to me that Steve the Financial Rep will explain in detail my correct monthly payment. I had an iPhone with me so I was able to use www.bankrate.com to verify my and the dealers calculations. I know this is probably a long review so I'll have to cut it short but knew that I had to write this review because I surely got the car I wanted, the price I wanted, and the customer service experience I wanted. It was well worth the drive and I appreciate that from Jacob and the Ventura Toyota staff. Joseph L. More

KP was very easy to work with and spoke very good english, unlike most car dealers. He got me the best deal and didn't settle for me walking out the doors. I was very satisfied with his service and I would reccommend him to all of my connections. He even went out of his way to text me to keep in touch easier then just calling since I wasnt always available to talk on the phone so he used his personal phone to make sure we could still be in contact even taking a picture and sending it to me to show what the car looked like other then off the Internet. All and all I was happy with my choice of venture Toyota everything was outstanding. More

From the initial telephone call to inquire about the particular car I was interested in to the actual purchase, my experience surpassed every hope and expectation I had coming into the dealership. Luis Martinez introduced me to every feature that the Camry XLE offered, as well as accompany me on a test drive, and then continued to help me program the special blue tooth options. Further, Marion Swain later helped me advance in some other programming efforts. This was after she spent an incredible amount of time assisting me with some unique financing and trade-in challenges. The end result: "overwhelming satisfaction!" In fact, due to her non-pushy approach in advising me of the extended care advantage, I chose to include it in my contract. Luis was continually supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. I am totally impressed with the level of customer service I received. I would recommend this dealership, and particularly these individuals, in a heartbeat! More
