Great Customer Service I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Ramon Martinez took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. Ramon Martinez was the salesman I have always purchased a Toyota from the Oxnard dealership, and I decided to give Ventura a try and I am glad I did. Ramon Martinez was the salesman that helped us and he was excellent. He helped me get the color that I wanted and worked on the price I was comfortable with. He was very attentive and didn't make me feel pressured to buy when I wasn't ready. Mike Perez was willing to negotiate and helped us find a price that we both agreed was fair. David Zuniga went out of his way to make sure the right car was delivered as soon as possible and was in good condition. Marion Swain was so helpful in explaining everything in the contract. She was very sweet and made sure we were treated right. Overall our experience at Toyota Ventura was very pleasant and I will definitely be recommending friends and family to purchase here. More
