My most recent visit with Vera Cadillac Service was Excellent. I went in to have one problem fixed and it turned out that Vera had to fix several other problems. This did not stop their timeliness quality repairs or the pricing. I have used Vera Cadillac Service on now for four or five years. And I’ve always been satisfied with your service. The most important thing I think I can say is the service people there I go above and beyond. Cadillac went out of their way to make sure things were covered under warranty that should’ve been covered under warranty. I could honestly say if you have a Cadillac or GM product of your Cadillac is a good choice. They are fairly priced knowledgeable people.I think my rep went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when I left there. More

Took my car in because the rear was sitting almost to the ground.They said it would be $180 to diagnos it but if I got it fixed there,the diagnosis would be free.After they began to check it,they called me b ground.They said it would be $180 to diagnos it but if I got it fixed there,the diagnosis would be free.After they began to check it,they called me back after 4 days and said it was an electrical short and they would have to tear the car apart to fund the short so they can fix the problem and it would now be $700 to diagnose the car.So they found that the module wasnt getting power and that it needed to be replaced and I needed 4 sensors.$1608.After 30 days,the car dropped again but this time wile i was driving.It would go up but when the pump stopped running it would go down.Service manager said to have it towed in to their shop.When it gets therr,afyer a couple of days he called back and said it was going up but then would go back down.Now he says it needs rear air springs and a new pump.I decided to have it towed back home.When the tow truck driver brought it back home,it was not rising up at all.He says the pump must have went out over night.Strange cuz that was less than 24hrs after he told me it would rise up but go back down.I told him that's what it was doing when I brought it in and he says no,it wasnt rising up at all.I told him I was driving the car and it just went down.He still assures me that the car never went up.Sad to say but I will never be going back there for any maintenance specially after they didnt even take off the diagnosis fee of $700 when I had it repaired there and it only last 30 days. More
