A friendly dealership, but friendliness does not make up for clueless and deceptive. My Cadillac XT5 has been at the dealer 3 times for the same issue (door locks randomly not opening or closing). The first time they kept the car for two days, doing nothing. The second time they kept the car 8 days and the same issue happened again a few hours after I got the car back. Now the car has been at the dealership for 3 weeks because if the issue happens again, the lemon law applies. They are hiding behind the legalities (3 strikes) to prevent the lemon law to kick in. Don't fall for the friendly people and choose another dealership, or avoid Cadillac all together. More

Great Service Center and Advisor Gio. I have owned my GMC Arcadia for over 10 years and have taken it to 3 or 4 dealer service centers. I live in Doral Florida and have a GMC within 5 mil I have owned my GMC Arcadia for over 10 years and have taken it to 3 or 4 dealer service centers. I live in Doral Florida and have a GMC within 5 miles of my home. Once I discovered Vera I have used no other Dealership Service center unless it is an emergency. I went in an explained the issues to Gio my service advisor and he was up front it would take a few days to get to the issue. My only reason for not giving a perfect 5 is the wait but that goes to show that Customers Trust Vera and keep returning. The other dealers I have dealt with pretty much was able to take the care straight in. I stopped using Doral GMC because of a special tool charge ( a Phillips Head Screw Driver ) and only go to Vera NOW!! More
Brake & Alignment Issue My car was involved in a rear end collision, body shop did a good job fixing the body work. The car was taken to service as I specifically mentioned that the brakes weren't working right and the alignment was off. With that being said I was told it was fixed, to my surprise it wasn't. Brakes have to be pushed through the floor board to stop and someone that must have no idea how to do an alignment must have worked on that portion. They did such a great job that if you let the steering wheel go for a second you will be making a right hand turn unintentionally. Its great that the superstar that worked on it test drove it afterwards....(insert sarcasm). I know we are all human but all one would've had to do was test drive the car after the work was done to know it wasn't right. Personally as my lease is ending soon I would never lease from this dealership again. More
