Sales service was excellent and the process was fast. We were in and out in less than an hour. The car was not very clean when we test drove it though. Called from out of state and was interested in a 18 Expedition, Salesperson confirmed availability, I asked the typical questions about condition and mechanical ect. I was assured that the vehicle was Expedition, Salesperson confirmed availability, I asked the typical questions about condition and mechanical ect. I was assured that the vehicle was front line ready. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and had it drove to me ( my own driver) Once I received the vehicle I noticed very minor things that were not an issue but the problem begain when my mechanic did the used car inspection, there was major issues with the vehicle. valve covers that were cracked and leaking, rear shocks that were leaking, timing cover leaking, front tires bald. the total amount to repair was just over $8,000 I reached out to the salesperson which he did not return my txt or calls. finally got through to the GM and emailed him the shop quote to which he responded that there was nothing he was willing to do to help. Please do your due diligence and make certain you inspect the vehicle from this dealer in person prior to purchasing. More
