Not knowledgeable on vehicle specifications and provided in accurate information about vehicle options. When asked on three separate occasions about a specific characteristic of the vehicle he assured me it in accurate information about vehicle options. After driving numerous hours to purchase the vehicle, upon seeing it immediately it was obvious that the vehicle was not as described and the only explanation provided was we just received the vehicle a day ago. When this was brought up to his management the only thing they could say is not sure what happened but the vehicle is new to us and those images were stock. I explained that I understand that but his employee told me that the vehicle specifications were as described and the second set of images online were accurate twice. Even after calling the morning of to verify the specifications, the manager said he was unsure what happened but if I wanted the vehicle they would be happy to sell it to me. Such a complete a waste of time and money to travel over 200 miles and would not purchase from this dealership even if I lived in Vernon. More

Called from out of state and was interested in a 18 Expedition, Salesperson confirmed availability, I asked the typical questions about condition and mechanical ect. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and had it drove to me ( my own driver) Once I received the vehicle I noticed very minor things that were not an issue but the problem begain when my mechanic did the used car inspection, there was major issues with the vehicle. valve covers that were cracked and leaking, rear shocks that were leaking, timing cover leaking, front tires bald. the total amount to repair was just over $8,000 I reached out to the salesperson which he did not return my txt or calls. finally got through to the GM and emailed him the shop quote to which he responded that there was nothing he was willing to do to help. Please do your due diligence and make certain you inspect the vehicle from this dealer in person prior to purchasing. More
