Integrity. Hard to find in dealerships nowadays At first, there was a hiccup on the truck that was delivered vs the truck I originally wanted. The dealership recognized the mistake was on their end and went well above and beyond to rectify the situation. This has been by far the best customer service experience I've had with a dealership and will be a return customer when upgrading our fleet in 2020. Not all Ford dealerships are alike and in my opinion, Vernon is the best in the nation.
