Great Service! I submitted a form online valuing my trade late Friday night, first thing Saturday morning I was contacted and sent to James Bailey for a salesman. H I submitted a form online valuing my trade late Friday night, first thing Saturday morning I was contacted and sent to James Bailey for a salesman. He made sure I was taken care of every step of the way! They were extremely busy that day so I ended up taking delivery of my new car on Monday but James did everything he could to make sure I got the best customer service and that I was happy with the process the entire time! On Monday I was sent to Stephanie Fernandez in finance who offered me a great customer experience and a great understanding of everything during the whole process. I will definitely reccomend this dealership to others! Thank you James and Stephanie! More

Dishonest service department Took my car in twice because my service engine soon light was on and they never figured out why. Last time it was in I asked them to change my oil. Ev Took my car in twice because my service engine soon light was on and they never figured out why. Last time it was in I asked them to change my oil. Everytime I called, nobody ever knew anything. I got it back on a Thursday and that Sunday I went out of town. I got a warning to add oil to the car. My husband pulled over and looked under the car and saw lots of oil under. Had to have it towed back to my house, then towed to Vernon Auto Group. When they looked at it, it started out as a $200 fix, next time an $800 fix, then a $3000 fix. When we went to see first hand what was wrong, the mechanic started telling us and things he was saying was not what we were told. The manager, Kim, said it was miscommunication. We will not be back. I have always heard great things about Vernon Auto Group, that's why I bought a car from y'all. And the sales people were great. But the service department is lacking. More
