I will definitely be back for my next truck! I was not an easy customer but my salesman Deiter worked his butt off, found me the perfect truck and got the deal done. Deiter with Vernon Auto Group worked with me purchasing a vehicle from out of state. I live in Wisconsin and wanted a truck without the rust from a local used vehicle. We recently purchased a 2016 Toyota 4Runner and had a great experience overall. I have been looking for a 3/4 ton truck around 18 months. So we started looking at everything around plus dealers online in that search we found Vernon Ford. We drove to Vernon spent awhile looking for what I wanted when the sales man Deiter asked if we had seen anything online since I didn’t see what I wanted on the lot. I said yes and he offered to look at what they had online or we could tell him what we wanted and they would make it happen. I told them the options I wanted and didn’t want they had the exact truck on a storage lot they pulled it around showed us everything and let us talk about it in private never pushing when we were ready they gave us a good deal on our trade. We had them add a spray in bedliner so they had that installed and delivered the truck to my house. Was an awesome experience and Deiter was great to work with. More

Vehicle had an issue with the emissions system, was over pressurized. Dealership cleared the check engine light, but could smell something sweet/burned coming from the A/C. EGC was 99% clogged, lucky the pressurized. Dealership cleared the check engine light, but could smell something sweet/burned coming from the A/C. EGC was 99% clogged, lucky the head gasket hadn’t blown or had serious glow plug issues. I can’t say this dealer was honest, albeit they were kind while we were there. More
