Since I was purchasing a used car from more than 500 miles away, I was naturally concerned about getting an accurate description of the car's condition so that I did not waste a very long trip. Richard did an excellent job of representing every little detail of the car to me to the point that I was very happy to make the trip. The car was exactly as described. I am also very happy with the no-BS remote sales process that Vernon has. Most dealers post their cars online, but then want to lure you in to the dealership in person to try an work you over for more money - and then they say that is the only way they can do business. Vernon Auto Group proves that to be a bunch of BS. Their process is clean and up-front. I wish all dealers that do business online would study the Vernon Auto Group business model. More
