2nd time around had some issues, but all got resolved. I was happy with the vehicle purchase, after a couple of minor things were addressed that we found on the trip home and I was happy with Steve Ybarra I was happy with the vehicle purchase, after a couple of minor things were addressed that we found on the trip home and I was happy with Steve Ybarra who was the salesman. The clerical side of the sale had some lengthy paperwork delay issues, but 8 weeks later, I can now say those issues, as well as penalties acquired, have been satisfactorily resolved. I was a return customer since my 1st experience was good with Vernon Auto Group. My 2nd experience did have it's frustrations on the clerical side, but again, all have been satisfactorily resolved. I did not rate Ashley, as she became ill and the paperwork was continued thru Vanessa. More

Bogus claim on customer service After sending reservation document w credit card Mr Dunson emails that he will not be selling me the car. While we all reserve the right to choose who we sell to he refused to speak to me, he clicked me to voicemail several times and refused to answer emails despite my very polite request to get on the phone to understand why my registering the car out of state made him feel like the transaction was “not on the up and up”. A company that claims to have stellar customer service should actually service customers not ignore them. While his sales guy Morgan could not have been nicer it’s clearly difficult for line staff to excel when their leadership is hamstringing them. I employ 25 sales people in an unrelated industry if my manager behaved this way I’d fire him or her. The example set is counter to the stated mission but more importantly as a customer it’s imposisble to believe this group actually values customers when it treats us like a disposable commodity that deserves being dismissed. 18 Ram 3500 I reached out to VAG for a quote on a new one ton truck. Several salespersons contacted me searching to find a truck that would fit our needs. Top shelf Vernon auto and Brandon have definitely earned my respect and business. We worked the whole deal over the phone.
