I located Vernon via the internet and was very pleased with their presence on the internet and the wide selection which was really easy to filter and sort on their website. I had a couple of phone calls with Derek prior to making a trip to test drive. Derek was never pushy and was respectful and professional. Once I settled on a vehicle and made the purchase the paperwork portion was done quickly and hassle free. After leaving the dealership I encountered a couple of small issues with the vehicle and the entire staff was helpful and proactive in helping to work thru those issues. I communicated with Derek Wilson and Ashley Hernandez via email and they were both quick to respond and mad sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase.
