2017 F250 Lariat Robby Ramsey was the Sales Associate that helped us and we could not have had better service. However , when we changed our mind concerning the color and trim packages that we wanted he didnt hesitate to show us 5 additional vehicles and get quotes for each so that we could get what we wanted. I hate salesmen, and wont tolerate high pressure sales tactics. I loved the Vernon Auto Group. Robby helped in every way he could to make it a hassle free and satisfying experience. I wont buy a vehicle from anyone else! More

Great service I was looking to trade my truck in for a new one. I emailed them on the truck I was interested in and the got back to me quickly. They asked me about my trade and how much I was trying to get for it and told them. They called back a couple minutes later telling me they would offer more than what I asked for. Then drove down to test drive the truck I was looking at and told them I would get back with them. The nextwo day, I called and said I was on my way and the sales person said he would start getting the paperwork ready and when I got there, I only waited about an hour before I was headed back home in my new truck. Vernon Auto is a good place to do business if you're looking for a new vehicle. I will be doing more business with them in the future. More

Great Car Buying Experience The rating for this review would've been 5 Stars had it not been for a slight delay in the delivery of the vehicle (2013 Ford F-350 King Ranch). This The rating for this review would've been 5 Stars had it not been for a slight delay in the delivery of the vehicle (2013 Ford F-350 King Ranch). This delay was due to the Companion 5th Wheel Hitch not being ordered by the parts department, which delayed delivery by 2 days. On the other hand, my sales person (Nicolas Fuentes) was great to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone that asks. While I was looking over the truck, I pointed out a loose battery bracket and that it appeared the battery might be leaking. When I picked up the truck, the battery bracket had been replaced as well as both batteries.The sales manager was also very helpful, in that he was easy to negotiate with on the trade value of my 2008 Ford F-250 XLT. Finally, on the way home from the dealer, I discovered the passenger side window wasn't functioning correctly and I sent an email to Nick. The next day the service manager contacted me to set up an appointment to repair the window. Bottom line, despite the hitch issue, this was probably the best car/truck buying experience I've ever had. More

I had been looking for a nice second SUV for the kids for several weeks, and was fortunate to come upon a nice clean vehicle at a very fair price, but I had been looking for a nice second SUV for the kids for several weeks, and was fortunate to come upon a nice clean vehicle at a very fair price, but I was even more happy to run into Richard, he is a straight shooter, very helpful from the start to the finish, helped me with lots of pictures sent to my phone, answered my (often dumb) questions several times, never rushing, never losing his demeanor, never losing his patience, always encouraging me to not worry and call or text anytime, he was honest, upfront, quick, efficient and accurate. They have what is missing in the business today, once I shared my experience with the wife, she said not to lose his number, and I won't with 3 teen drivers on their way up the ladder. Really guys, I drove 3 hours from DFW, to pick up my SUV and was not disappointed with either the car or Richard, it was as described, he again was absolutely a pleasure to work with once we got there, very polite, helpful, patience, and smiling, explained everything I needed to know. I cant thank him enough. You guys at Vernon, should never let him go. Thank you Richard....we will do business again. More
