I've had bad experiences in the past with saleman/finance managers and today showed me the stereotypical "dealership staff tries to swindle you" is a stereotype when dealing with Vernon Auto Group. From the jump they were 1000% upfront and honest. What they say is their word and that is a rarity. Morgan is a top notch dude when it comes to sales and Kyle is the equivalent on the finance side. I drove almost 3 hours to the sleepy town of Vernon to purchase my vehicle and it was worth every second of the drive. My salesman name was Nicolas Fuentes. For me, and my deal, Nick (Nicolas) was the very best. I live in Killeen, TX, 287 miles from Vernon Auto Group dealership in Vernon, TX. I found this dealership on Autotrader.com. My deal was made over the phone with Nick on the on the 24th of March. He gave me some figures and terms, and I gave him my figures and terms; and he alone with the manger met my terms. I told him I would drive up and pick the truck up on the 27th of March. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the truck, Nick came out and shook my hand, and he gave me the deal we discuss over the phone. So Nick, thank you for an easy most efficient buying experience. I appreciate the upfront pricing, no haggling, and no numbers game so many buyer experience when purchasing a vehicle from dealerships. I walked away very satisfied with my purchased.
