However, I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle form Vernon Auto Group should request to speak to and have the Sales Manager (Deiter Brannon) set them up with an expereinced sales associate. The sales associate (Scott Proctor) responsible for my purchase in my opinion needs more sensitivity training and cross-cultural competence to operate in a customer service oriented business. I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he has only been on the job for a month, but, it is rude and a grave insult to stall and delay the processing of a sales paperwork all day, to inform a Certified Public Accountant with good credit that you will offer me an interest rate of 6.5% when you the sales associate (Scott) do not even have any decision making responsibilities with respect to financing. The Sales Manager (Deiter Brannon) was very helpful, and made sure I had a great experience, when I brought my concerns to his attention. More

Great Experience Nick Ware and the rest of the sales men and women at Vernon Auto Group were great to work with during the purchase of our new 2017 Chevy Suburban. The Nick Ware and the rest of the sales men and women at Vernon Auto Group were great to work with during the purchase of our new 2017 Chevy Suburban. They made sure someone was there to show us the vehicle (found online) when we were running behind schedule on traveling to town. We emailed back and forth about the vehicle for several days, as we live over 200 miles from Vernon. They gave us a great price on our new vehicle, and we are so happy with it! More

Long but very satisfiying experience. I have been searching for a used truck for the past 4 or 5 month and Robert Hammonds has been there the whole way. He always answered my calls and let me test drive several trucks over the past month with no pressure to buy. He is very knowledgeable and made my truck buying experience very enjoyable. Once I selected the truck I liked, Chris Dunson, Sara Raines, Kyle Echols made the actual purchase of my truck a very seamless and professional experience.
