treated well and purchased a great truck I started by sending in a internet message on a truck in car gurus .com. Morgan Chavez called me back and over the phone I worked out with Morgan ever I started by sending in a internet message on a truck in car gurus .com. Morgan Chavez called me back and over the phone I worked out with Morgan every question I had and financing along with a couple of accessories for the truck. when I flew in to Dallas and later went to Vernon and My truck was perfect better than I expected ( the pics were not as good as real life). I drove it home to the west coast after a quick primer on the nav. system and phone pairing. He would have spent more time with me showing the features but I was ready to drive ( not my first Ram Diesel) and so went on my way. The price was way better for a much better equipped truck than I could get in California I would make the drive again to save the money I saved and would buy again from Morgan and the Vernon auto group. I will definitely recommend friends to do the same ( they had great prices on new trucks also but more tan my wife would let me spend). Thanks, Jeff More

Internet Sales Made Easy When a dealer takes the time and effort to post quality photos of their vehicles that's a good indicator they pay attention to the details. Cargurus. Cargurus.com had this listing as a "Great Deal" and upon further inspection, it really was. Clean car and great price compared to the national market. I had a thorough list of vehicles I was seriously considering and Vernon Auto Group stayed at the top in large part to their website, the vehicle, and their non-pushy communication. They couldn't have made the process any easier. After an initial inquiry about the car I was interested in I received a couple follow up emails over the next week. Not enough to seem pushy but definitely enough to know they were interested in my business. It was a good balance and it made it very easy for me to come right back to them after having viewed several other finalists in my search for the right vehicle. Robert went out to look at the car for specific items, twice, when I had questions. In the end, he wanted to make sure there would be no surprises for me when I received the car. I had the car delivered to me for a reasonable fee and it was dropped off at my front door, where I was able to quickly sign my documents, take my keys, and enjoy my new car. They even put gas in it!
