Salesman Hung up on me I was just talking to them about getting a used vehicle. I told Richard, the salesman, I had a KBB instant cash value. He then proceeded to go on a 5 I was just talking to them about getting a used vehicle. I told Richard, the salesman, I had a KBB instant cash value. He then proceeded to go on a 5 minute talk about how I should not expect to get what they said for the cash value. I told him I would look somewhere else because he spent so long talking about the KBB value. He then quit talking and hung up on me. In about 5 minutes he called back and said "I guess the phone messed up". That might have been more believable if I hadn't heard people talking in background and he didn't wait so long to call back. He was looking at my info when we were talking so my phone number was in front of him. After he called back he was supposed to call back shortly with a trade in estimate of my vehicle. That was almost 4 hours ago, still waiting on the call. Don't waste your time here. More
