The last time we purchased a vehicle, we were worn out by the time we finally made the purchase. We were telling our future grandson-in-law about our concern, and he mentioned Vernon Auto Group. His understanding was that there wouldn't be any of the usual games at Vernon. So the following weekend we drove to Vernon and Deiter met us at the door. He explained Vernon Auto Group's philosophy, and how the company strives to earn the customers business and exceed customer expectations. We felt comfortable with Deiter right from the beginning. He was very thorough in showing and explaining features of each vehicle we looked at. He was attentive, but gave us our space to look and discuss at the same time. To sum it up he made it easy for us to buy a new truck, and we felt good about the entire experience. More

Easiest Purchase Ever I was looking for a specific make and model of vehicle with specific features. They had it listed online. I immediately jumped in and made contact. I admit I am not the easiest person to work with as I expect a high level of service. Ryan got back to me immediately and sent the information I requested with out hesitation. It took a few days to deal with my credit union and they were patient and understanding. I was not pressured into anything other than what I was looking for. I was not pressured at all. I arrived at the dealership and was gone in under an hour. When does that ever happen?? These guys are great. Go see them. More

Great Experience at Vernon Auto Group Great truck buying experience. I originally talked with Nick Ware about the truck that I purchased. Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable. He personally went out to the lot and made sure that the truck that I was interested in had all of the features that I wanted and that the truck look as good as it did in the pictures. He kept in constant contact with me via phone while I was working financing out. The next day, I drove in from midland, TX to pick the truck up and unfortunately Nick wasn't able to be there but he left me in the hands of Randall Winship who took great care of me. If it weren't for my bank holding us up, I probably would've been out of there within an hour. Everyone in the sales room was very friendly. Everyone that walked by either asked how I was doing or said hello. They even fed me some of their lunch they had brought in. Larry Bonner also helped get me fixed up and on my way. I really appreciated to way everything was handled by Nick, Randall, and Larry. I will definitely be looking at Vernon Auto Group for my next vehicle purchase. More
