Ryan listened to my needs and budget requirements, immediately located the vehicles that fit those parameters, then sent me all the photos and finance information that I needed to make the right decision. It was quick and easy, and Ryan was courteous, pleasant and professional the whole way. He also handled the trade-in of my 2010 Ford over the phone. Love the one price no negotiating pricing I was looking for a Ram ecodiesel 4x4. When I looked on line to compare prices to what I had found at the local dealership one of the dealers that cam I was looking for a Ram ecodiesel 4x4. When I looked on line to compare prices to what I had found at the local dealership one of the dealers that came up was Vernon auto group. I called to see what they had and was turned to Ryan. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't guess but would find out and call me back. Better price than I had found at other dealers right off the bat, no hassle. About a week start to finish, the most frustrating part was communications between my out of state credit union, myself, and the out of town dealer. Overall everything went very smooth.....I will recommend them and will certainly consider them the next time I need a vehicle. More
