Adrian and Ashley helped me through my whole process and they were great. Both employees were very courteous and polite, and both were able to answer any questions I had. I was coming from a long ways awa they were great. Both employees were very courteous and polite, and both were able to answer any questions I had. I was coming from a long ways away and was able submit my trade information via pictures, as a result, the dealership quoted me a fair price without ever even seeing the vehicle and stuck with it when I brought my truck to them. Customer Service was efficient, friendly and concise. 2. The vehicle sold to me was in excellent condition. 3. The vehicle was fairly priced although there is no opportunity to negotiate based on the structure of the business. 4. We had a small disagreement on the value of the trade-in vehicle but we worked through to a compromise. 5. I will consider doing business with Vernon Auto Group again in the future. More

A better way to buy I liked doing the deal over the phone/Internet. The deal was pretty much done before I even set foot on the lot. Started off on the wrong foot but in the end we were happy! My husband and I started researching the purchase of a new vehicle. We met a guy at the gas station with an AMAZING red truck and he mentioned a de My husband and I started researching the purchase of a new vehicle. We met a guy at the gas station with an AMAZING red truck and he mentioned a dealership in Vernon Tx. So we began to search there as an option. We found we could get a vehicle a few thousand dollars cheaper even after the cost of flying there from California and speding the weekend driving the new vehicle home. In the begining we had a MAJOR communication problem and began a dialog on this review site with a less than steller review. After that point, we spoke with Mr. Bailey, the President of Vernan who appologized immensely and we decided that with the savings we would give Vernon a chance to redeem themselves, in the end we were not disappointed. Being from California we ended up special ordering the vehicle because it is required by state law to have a "california emissions" label on it. After a day or two of research, since they were not accustom to requesting that label on their vehicles, Vernon found out they were able to place that kind of order and our vehicle was ordered just as we selected and within a few days we were given an arrival date of when it was to arrive. Dane was kind enough to update us weekly on the progress of our order. Our vehicle arrived on schedule and a couple weeks later we flew into Texas to pick it up. When we arrived on the lot Dane greeted us and led us to our vehicle. He walked us thru the options and gave a thorough brief on the functions of the new gagitry our New 2014 Ford Escape came with. We could tell that Dane is a very passionate salesman who enjoys his job. His pride and knowledge of the Ford Escape was evident. In the beginning we were ready to cut our ties with Vernon Auto Group, however in the end we were very impressed and would even consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealer. More
I was in the market for a truck, had been looking on-line, and found the Dodge 1500 crew cab. My wife & I drove out to the dealership and walked into the showroom & the first person we ran into was on-line, and found the Dodge 1500 crew cab. My wife & I drove out to the dealership and walked into the showroom & the first person we ran into was Randall Winship, and that was all she wrote. He was the ultimate professional, spent the next several hours with us, off and on, juggling us and several other customers as he showed us the trucks that I wanted to drive & answered all of our questions. (I drove three different trucks and he went with us and answered all of my questions like the pro that he so obviously is.) My wife had been thinking about replacing our daughter's car and decided to hit him with some questions of her own, and after we went off to lunch she and my step-daughter came back and had more questions for him, plus a trade-in deal for him to see about. I had to go to work, and he switched from answering my questions to having to deal with my wife, (LOL), which didn't seem to phase him a bit. All in all, at the end of the day, we had bought two vehicles from Randall, and couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, his easy-going manner, and how he didn't use any high-pressure tactics. He gave us the bottom line with just the right amount of sincerity, and I appreciate it. And I really like my truck. More
