Sir, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As you previously stated above yes our price is non negotiable. We feel that the experience in buying a vehicle should be comparable to going to Amazon. You cannot negotiate when purchasing good quality products at that establishment. Buying a vehicle should be just as easy in our eyes. We give you our best price up front. With that being said that is our reasoning for no haggle and transparent purchase here at Vernon Auto Group. In response to your refund, you are completely right sir. We have a strict policy that was not followed. Your deposit refund should have been done immediately when your deal was booked out. We have addressed this with the appropriate employees. We apologize that something very simple soured you. At Vernon Auto Group we do not want our customers to feel as you do about your experience here. We strive to give the best experience and would like to consider our customers as life long friends rather than a number. We hope you are enjoying the vehicle you purchased from us.
