We drove to Vernon spent awhile looking for what I wanted when the sales man Deiter asked if we had seen anything online since I didn’t see what I wanted on the lot. I said yes and he offered to look at what they had online or we could tell him what we wanted and they would make it happen. I told them the options I wanted and didn’t want they had the exact truck on a storage lot they pulled it around showed us everything and let us talk about it in private never pushing when we were ready they gave us a good deal on our trade. We had them add a spray in bedliner so they had that installed and delivered the truck to my house. Was an awesome experience and Deiter was great to work with. More

Vehicle had an issue with the emissions system, was over pressurized. Dealership cleared the check engine light, but could smell something sweet/burned coming from the A/C. I purchased a truck from this dealership in May and, four months later, they still have not delivered the title. The General Manager, Chris, refuses to return voicemails and takes no responsibility for the d months later, they still have not delivered the title. That lack of accountability shows poor leadership and a complete breakdown in communication. Additionally, they shorted me one of the keys that was pictured in the sales listing. This dealership has proven itself to be nothing more than the stereotype of shady used car sales associates. At this point, I've had to file a claim with the Texas DMV and escalate the issue to Sonic Automotive's parent company, to try to recover what I legally paid for. Buyers beware: if this is how they treat customers after the sale, imagine what else they cut corners on. UPDATE: The GM, Chris, finally reached out to me about all the issues with the purchase. He took care of the missing key from the sale so that I now have two keys for the truck, as well as a small token of his apology for the way things went. Issue is resolved, but I still waited four months for a title. More

Save yourself the hassle and find another place to buy your next Ford! More
