I walked in there and they immediately couldn’t find my appointment, I then was brought into an office. I was charged for tire rotations without even being asked. The oil change was 95 dollars, when I trie appointment, I then was brought into an office. I was charged for tire rotations without even being asked. The oil change was 95 dollars, when I tried to use the coupon they had a reason I wasn’t able to use it. They finally gave me to coupon after waiting for 3 hours. No where in the world should it take that long. I also noticed that since I went there my tire pressure light has been on, I have checked the tires multiple times and they are all perfectly fine.
