I took my car in for an oil change and to address an unfamiliar sound my car was making. The service rep, Susan, was extremely accusing and did not make me feel welcome at all. Her follow up questions were not to learn more about the sound my car was making, but to make me feel like I was the cause. She repeatedly asked about the timeline of the sound and took 0 notes until I repeated myself a least 3 times. I didn't receive a follow up call when my car was finished, I had to call the dealership 15 minutes before close. Susan said my car was done, and that the cause of the sound was from the car being in an accident. I have not been an accident, and to outright blame me for that is just not customer service. Thankfully, the guy who helped me when I picked up my car explained everything thoroughly and at least smiled. To tie a bow on the experience, I was charged $60 for my rental and the invoice says no charge for the rental. I would take my car to my long time family mechanic every time if it meant not having an experience like this. I get that things happen and something could have wiggled loose on my car, but telling me I was in an accident when I wasn't is not going to encourage customers to come back to your service center. I appreciate the end result and the few folks at the service center that were kind. Happy to provide further feedback in a call if necessary. More
