I had questions about my service requests, left a message (VOICEMAIL) on the managers phone - NOT the service manager - the GENERAL manager and NEVER received a return phone call. However, I did receive a L (VOICEMAIL) on the managers phone - NOT the service manager - the GENERAL manager and NEVER received a return phone call. However, I did receive a LAME email concerning some part that was in short supply - for which I have no need. After years of giving them great reviews, I am very disappointed with Metro and how they are currently doing business. More
