I am a returning customer having bought Toyota automobiles from Metro Toyota (2) and Bedford Toyota (1) in the past. I was taken care of by Ramona Plumlee who was the most professional, kind, p automobiles from Metro Toyota (2) and Bedford Toyota (1) in the past. I was taken care of by Ramona Plumlee who was the most professional, kind, patient, and courteous Sales Specialist I have experienced. She listened to all of my needs and she took her entire mornings on 2 consecutive days to show me various automobiles which greatly assisted in my final decision. Upon purchasing the automobile, Ramona spent much time ensuring I was familiar with all of the technology and accessories within the new automobile. Ramona stayed with me until I was confident and completely comfortable with everything in the car. She then asked me if I had any questions at all and reminded me to call her on her work or cellular number at any time in the future should I have any questions, concerns, etc about the new purchase today. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase today and I would like to give all credit to Ramona Plumlee who made this experience both efficient and wonderful because of her high level of professionalism, kindness, patience, expertise, and courtesy as a Sales Specialist, the best I’ve ever had in all of my car buying experiences over the many decades. I was told my brakes were at 50% at the end of my visit. The person was lying and never looked at my brakes. I just has new brakes out on my van 4 weeks prior. There is no way my brakes were even closer t The person was lying and never looked at my brakes. I just has new brakes out on my van 4 weeks prior. There is no way my brakes were even closer to 50% worn. So instead of looking and actually checking they just lied about it. I don’t trust any numbers they tell me now if the future of they just lie about checking anything, not sure which guy it was but it was a guy in the service dept More
