I originally spoke with Taylor over the phone and she beat a deal from another dealership. I was then working with Robert when I came in and I have to say he is the only salesman I've ever worked with at any dealership that actually feels like he's working FOR you. I came in I told him what I wanted he didn't give me any BS sales pitch and told me that he would get it for me and he did. It just didn't feel like the mental chess or tug-of-war you usually have when you walk into a dealership. I actually had to slow down and look at the paperwork... things were moving so smoothly I was suspicious because I'm just not used to dealing with that with car dealership salesman. I will definitely do more business with Metro Toyota for years to come. My experience was the ideological experience you expect in your head when you go to buy a car. Everything I wanted when I walked in there I got which doesn't happen too often without you paying much more out-of-pocket than you were told on the phone. Not the case with Metro Toyota I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family even strangers. Make sure you ask for Robert Saponari! More
