Appointment? I usually drop my car off the night before for an oil change. This time I made an appointment online. I arrived on time then proceeded to wait in the lobby. I had to wait approximately 2 hours before the job was done. Seems somewhat long to wait for having an appointment. I do like that I receive a sheet that keeps track of tire tread, brake wear, etc. More

Honestly, when I entered the showroom and looked at a handful of cars, I was surprised not to be approached by anyone. I was in a serious mission to by a car.
