If I could give “0” Stars I would. Robert was very rude to me and my husband. He is completely conniving and untrustworthy. He spoke to us like we didn’t know what we were talking about. The financing person Jeremy McClish explained all options and was most competent and friendly, also. Anastasia sold us our previous RAV 4 XLE Hybrid, also, and that experience was great also! Metro Toyota is an excellent dealership! Our family and friends have purchased here based on our recommendations, and everyone raves about the whole experience.
