Metro Service Dept Pros I came in to Metro Toyota for an oil change on my Sienna. It was a used vehicle that I had bought there, and I decided I would return as a repeat cust I came in to Metro Toyota for an oil change on my Sienna. It was a used vehicle that I had bought there, and I decided I would return as a repeat customer. I am happy with the quality of service that I have received. Making an appointment was easy, the service bays were clean, and the technicians helpful and courteous. They perform a multipoint inspection when doing the oil change, and the car wash that was also provided was a welcome bonus as part of the service. I haven't done extensive service work yet but have been very satisfied with the quality of service so far and definitely recommend them for service after the sale. More

My history with the Toyota brand and Metro Toyota. I have been a customer of Metro Toyota Cleveland since my first purchase in 1980. Other than several Lexus LS 460 models. I continue to be amazed by t I have been a customer of Metro Toyota Cleveland since my first purchase in 1980. Other than several Lexus LS 460 models. I continue to be amazed by the consistent reliability and quality of each purchase or leased vehicle I have made at Metro Toyota. I have never had to return one vehicle back following purchase or lease for anything. Just routine maintenance. Will always be grateful to Toyota for building a Tundra so well that I survived a horrible accident caused by an out of control tractor trailer with serious but survivable injuries where two others involved did not. After looking and studying other brands I always find myself returning to Toyota. Reliable transportation that is engaging and fun. Metro Toyota have always been first class assisting me with any need or concern. Every person I have worked with since 1980 has been the same. I am a busy physician but I always thought this must be a great place for people to work. I would without hesitation recommend Metro Toyota to anyone looking for reliable fun transportation from this dealership with integrity. More
