Everything was done on the internet until I came in to sign the papers. My only issue is I let my wife talk me into damage protection coverage I didn’t want because of the pressure one feels sitting there wanting to sign the papers and being told this is a “time of signing offer”. I spent $1800 on two programs that I know in my bones I won’t benefit from. I know you make extra money from this point of purchase product but I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I would have preferred that you send all the info ahead of time and let the buyer discuss it and make the decision before he comes to the dealership. More

Easy and Honest I worked with Steve Gray. He was a great help as I tried to figure out the best car to buy for my family. He took his time to make sure it had all the I worked with Steve Gray. I had visited a Honda dealership the day before, and was considering a purchase from that dealership. Ultimately, however, Steve was able to give me a great deal on a Chysler Pacifica. Steve's kindness and assistance extended beyond the purchase. For example, when I scraped my front bumper a day after the purchase, he worked with the guys in the shop to clean it up for me so it was much less noticeable- and did so for free. I also left some items at the dealership, and he offered to mail them to me. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be shopping at Videon in the future and recommending Steve to others.
