Our morale was low and we were very close to getting a used Jeep Renegade. I looked up dealer ratings and found that Videon had an extremely high rating for our area. I emailed Kim through the Videon and she gave me a quote on a brand new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. It was even lower than what we were quoted for a used Jeep renegade. My wife and I were still skeptical. The people at Videon were quick to stop our skepticism. Kim, and her associate Heather were both very professional. The price was transparent from the start. This was a seamless negotiation and I am so glad I went to Videon. They were very upfront on a price, and gave me a better deal on financing than my credit union. This was a true pleasure and I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm even trying to convince some family members to get a new Jeep. I went to the dealership and met with Phil Snyder who was very upfront, knowledgeable and did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase. They gave me a good price for the truck I wanted and the deal was done. No tricks or bait and switch like some other Dodge dealerships (Springfield Dodge). She was extremely knowledgeable about all facets of Jeep ownership (it has been about 18 years since we've owned one). She was the opposite of what you think of when you hear car salesperson - not pushy at all and her passion for what she does truly showed!
