Best on the planet I have went to a lot of dealerships to try and break free from a place that was giving me a hard time on the car I got from them but no bank or lot wo I have went to a lot of dealerships to try and break free from a place that was giving me a hard time on the car I got from them but no bank or lot would touch my car I showed up to vw in the need of parts bc I wanted my A/C and next thing I know while I was walking out empty handed of parts I was saw a car I wanted but could have a guy name him asked if he could help me with anything told him what was going on and all he said we'll let me see what I can do to get you in a better car and get you away from that lot and sure enough he found me a car and a bank to take the car and help me out it might be more on payments but it's worth it in my opinion love what I have now and we'll always be a repeat customer for jim graves so next time u need a need a new or just better car then what you have now go to vw of Chattanooga and let Jim hook you up More

Tom "Smitty" Smith demonstrated all the tech features to me and synched up my phone to the infotainment system and took me for a practice drive. Jonathan Logan was a real pro with the paperwork. It was fast and organized and painless. (we have had bad experiences at other dealers). Jeremy Holsomback and his team gave us the best car-buying experience , ever! They really made us feel special and made the whole process fun. We would 100% recommend Village Volkswagen of Chattanooga to our friends and family. They will take good care of you. More
