Service experience I was terribly disappointed with this dealership. In fact based on my experience with them, I found another dealership to go to. It appeared that the I was terribly disappointed with this dealership. In fact based on my experience with them, I found another dealership to go to. It appeared that their service costs were about 1/3 higher than necessary after checking several other VW dealerships. Also they missed a service issue which costs me a week at another VW dealership. For example a service writer told me that unless my check engine light was still on they could not tell me why the light came on. The service manager eventually told me that in fact they could read the in-car computer with or without the light being on. There are good folks there but I am uncertain why the management gouges folks. More

Very happy customer! I have a 2013 diesel Passat that I loved. It's one that's being recalled and I had decided not to buy another VW. But we went to the dealership and I have a 2013 diesel Passat that I loved. It's one that's being recalled and I had decided not to buy another VW. But we went to the dealership and Smitty (Thomas Smith) had a white gas Passat ready for me to drive. Which I loved. And they were all so nice and gave us a great deal so we bought it! I love my new car. The staff at this dealership are all so nice. And they really do everything they can to help you. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend buying a car from there. More

First Car Purchase This was the first car I have ever purchased. I will probably also compare any other car purchasing experience to this one. The time it took to get officially approved, and out the door, was far faster than I had anticipated, as I had a pre-approval form. Lynn, was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. She was also very informative about the repair, and services that had been completed on the car. She was hands down one of the nicest, and most friendly sales reps I have ever encountered. I did not feel pressured or intimidated at all, and she was very patient with me. Someone need to give this lady a raise. Jonathan was very nice as well, and made sure i understood everything I was getting into, before I signed all the paperwork. I would without a doubt purchase from this establishment again. More

Salesperson Was Great, Detailing Not So Much We bought my used Dodge Grand Caravan on Tuesday and our sales person,Kara, was great. She was knowledgeable and had a great personality. The other pe We bought my used Dodge Grand Caravan on Tuesday and our sales person,Kara, was great. She was knowledgeable and had a great personality. The other people we came in contact with were friendly and easy to deal with. The issues arose when it came time to clean and detail the car as it hadn't been cleaned at all yet. We were told it would take a while to detail the van (which we knew and expected) and we informed them I had somewhere to be at 4:30. They said that was fine and we could come back at a later date if we wanted to have it properly cleaned and we agreed I'd come back in a couple of weeks when I would be off work. Right before we got ready to leave to go by the bank and get the check to pay for the van a little before 3:00, we were stopped by someone and informed that they could get the cleaning done super fast and it would be ready for us when we got back. We arrived back at the dealership at 4:00 and the van wasn't ready. We were told it wouldn't be much longer so we waited, and waited, and waited....My appointment at 4:30 had to be cancelled and my husband had to leave for his job at 5:00, leaving my 27 week pregnant self to sit and wait. Kara was amazing and went back to check on the progress for us several times, even to the point that she started to help the guy clean my van. While she was gone helping, I sat by myself in her office for almost 45 minutes and not one manager came to check on me. I didn't get my van back until 5:55, almost 2 hours after we returned to the dealership. I was hoping to let the sales manager, Jeff Newell, know about my experience waiting after we were told it would be done quickly but he was with a customer. I was so exhausted and frustrated from sitting for so long and missing my appointment that I didn't notice they didn't even remove my "no smoking" stickers (it was previously a rental) from the media console nor did they clean a nasty, sticky drawer with cup holders in it. I completely understand a thorough cleaning and detailing takes time which is why I told them I'd be more than happy to return at a later date when I had lots of time. Instead they promised they could get it done fast and didn't deliver at all. More

Scott Hile and Brian Johnson were two from their sales team that provided me with exactly what I needed. There customer service was excellent, and focused on what I needed and wanted. They were helpful in many ways and worked with me, providing the information I needed to complete the process of the purchase. I would highly recommend anyone that is in the market to purchase a vehicle, new or pre-owned, to look at their stock and work with their sales team. I originally bought a car there a little over a year ago and recently decided I wanted so I have always had a good experience with village Volkswagen!
