Sales person was polite, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted. When it came to numbers I told him what I could pay, he took it to finance and they responded quickly. Then when we had questions, by phone, after the lease agreement-no response, numerous calls-no response. I finally asked for general manager and promptly got apology and response. Love the car just hope sales person learned from this experience. More

Was a long wait for an oil change. Asked for tire rotation and told was not needed. I asked for it and I wanted it but did not get it. Also very expensive for just an oil change. I paid about $85 for an oil change AND tire rotation up north and had to pay $105 for just an oil change. Big rip off. More
