The previous dealer did not strike me as friendly or concerned about customers. The front office was loaded with xxxxxxxx, and the sales staff had to deal with their attitude as well. Villages Subaru concerned about customers. The front office was loaded with xxxxxxxx, and the sales staff had to deal with their attitude as well. Villages Subaru is more friendly and seems to be more interested in the customers experience. I gave this review 4-stars because I have a hard time justifying the withdrawing of funds from my retirement account to do some of the maintenance that is required/recommended, but hopefully it will pay off in the long run. The service department is straight up friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’m lazy when it comes to keeping my car clean, and I appreciate the car wash and vacuuming after each service visit. My compliments for keeping the restroom clean. Just in case you’re wondering, I’m not a mystery shopper..😎. Thanks for taking over Bill Bryant. I very much dislike arrogant, pushy, attitudes. More
