Mostly friendly & informative, however at our recent appointment on August 5th, there was some kind of grease on the driver's side door handle when my husband attempted to open it & the video Matt/servi appointment on August 5th, there was some kind of grease on the driver's side door handle when my husband attempted to open it & the video Matt/service technician sent stated we needed an engine air filter replacement & that someone would be with us shorty. After waiting an additional 35 minutes, I noticed the car was in the lot waiting for us & on the service report, it said that the air filter was declined. We would have approved that if we had been asked.. More

This was my first time at bad subaru dealership. .. I was told it would take 90 minutes for an oil change , it took 2 hours. They helped everyone else instead. I had to go back and remind them. The inside was FILTHY. There was popcorn everywhere, broken soda machines. It was so gross. Most of the employees where sick and blowing their noses? The salesmen were more focused on what was going on on their phones than trying to work. More
