Dropped my car off the night before my 9am appt to have my headlight changed and went to pick it up after I got out of work around 4. I was asked why I was there did I get a call telling me my car was read my headlight changed and went to pick it up after I got out of work around 4. I was asked why I was there did I get a call telling me my car was ready.... my appt was at 9 am my car should be ready. Come to find out they took my light out before taking pictures for my warranty company and needed to take out the new light and put back the old light for pictures. And still had not completed the task. They also never had an estimate for me. He told me it was covered then sent me a bill for $100 or so. I had my mom and my puppy with me and had to wait an additional hour and a half driving around. I was very disappointed. More

Great fast service. I had a tire with a nail lodged in it. Vision Dodge promptly examined the tire, determined that it could not be patched, and then picked up a repla I had a tire with a nail lodged in it. Vision Dodge promptly examined the tire, determined that it could not be patched, and then picked up a replacement tire and mounted it while I worked in their nice waiting area. It's great having a number of long time employees back in the Service Department. Highly recommended. More
