Oil change process & service rep were excellent. The phone system does not work when trying to talk to a human. The waiting area has declined. Good coffee maker is gone. No water or snacks. I recently traveled 800 miles from Wisconsin to Rochester for my daughter's graduation with my 80 year old mother. My TPM sensor failed 60 miles from Rochester. I have known about Vision since last fall w for my daughter's graduation with my 80 year old mother. My TPM sensor failed 60 miles from Rochester. I have known about Vision since last fall when my daughter had a great service experience with her Jeep. She had worked with Larry so I did likewise. Larry was able to accommodate me and replaced the faulty sensor in under an hour, on a Friday afternoon no less. Fantastic customer service. You can absolutely trust Larry and Vision. More
