One of the worse service experiences I have had with any company. The service department never answered the phone or called back. One of the service writers was rude to every person he spoke too. Disappointed in the service. Schedule service and typically my vehicle was not looked at on that day. Sometimes multiple days (with no follow-up) until the vehicle is done. Service person, Larry who assisted me was personable and fast and remembered me from just meeting me once. My vehicle was finished in much less time than Larry originally told me, which was good with me, bu fast and remembered me from just meeting me once. Service Staff is very friendly. Went in for NYS inspection knowing there was something that needed repair.
