The service writer argued with me about my extended warranty even though they had already done work under the warranty. He also argued with me about replacing both front bearings stating that only the warranty even though they had already done work under the warranty. I have purchased 3 Jeeps from Vision and the Service Dept. has always been very good. People are friendly, work is well done and turnaround time is very good. However, in approximately the past year the phone service at your dealership has become very frustrating and dissatisfying. No one answers the phone! I prefer to make an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. To schedule an appointment I have called multiple times during the day and it just ends up going into voicemail. I have left a message, but no one calls back. This never used to be the case, maybe since change in ownership? Your new phone “service” is useless. When someone buys a vehicle from you, the long term relationship is with your service department. Not being able to reach someone by phone is a factor taken into consideration when I consider purchasing a new vehicle. Please get someone to answer the phone!! More
