Very slow service. Had a 9 am appointment and they told me 2 hours. I left at 12:34. Even when I went to pay he wasn’t at the window. When he got back to the room he Had a 9 am appointment and they told me 2 hours. I left at 12:34. Even when I went to pay he wasn’t at the window. When he got back to the room he had a box that he proceeded to open while I waited at the window. He unpacked advil and was complaining they sent the wrong one. I had to ask him to come and ring me out as I had a 1 pm appointment that I was almost late for and didn’t get lunch. Very frustrating. More
