We have had terrible experience with the service. They have poor management and low quality products. My car has low mileage and has been in the shop for multiple reasons. When serviced the staff cannot find my coverage, have issues ordering parts, take too long to run a diagnostic and I have no words for the long time they take to fix it. It is the worst place ever to make busines with. It has been a terrible experience. When asked to speak to a manager, no one could give feedback and no manager ever called me back after I spoke to the sales manager. I feel disrespected and very disapointed. More

I went in knew just about what I wanted but needed to see what was difference in the models. Arrived spoke to Tim B. he explained it all to me I looked at a black one and within an hour of me leaving it was what was difference in the models. But Tim reached out and asked me to come look at a grey one glad he did because I like the grey one more the interior was nice I am like yes let's get it done he was on it and had me up and in the finance office in no time. What can I say finance guy for the love of god I can't remember his name he was on his "A" game he had me in got me set and out the door with less fuss and ease.
