WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received. We felt like we were having to chase them down to get them to sell us a vehicle. We had picked out a vehicle and went back and forth with the price We felt like we were having to chase them down to get them to sell us a vehicle. We had picked out a vehicle and went back and forth with the price and finally agreed on a price. We went to the dealership to buy the vehicle that same day and we had our down payment and purchase agreement from our bank everything was ready on our part. When we got there we realized that there were a couple of important items that needed to get fixed. The manager came over and told us he would get them fixed the following day so we told them we would come back the following day to purchase the vehicle after everything was fixed. Well, the next day came and went. I called my sales lady twice and the manager for an update. I left a message for the manager and they NEVER returned my calls. No calls to say we are working on it. Nothing. We went to the dealership the following day and nothing had been repaired on the vehicle. I could not submit this review without having to rate the dealership so that's why I had to give them 1 star. If I had a choice, I would not have even given them any stars. Again, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. More

The service was amazing. My car was taken care of and Trina was exceptional. She right away ser up a car shuttle to bring me home and pick me up after my vehicle was done.
