Experience with sales person was great! A+. Management was professional but 100% pure bait and switch on pricing. On phone call, they said no markup beyond MSRP to get people in the door. O A+. Management was professional but 100% pure bait and switch on pricing. On phone call, they said no markup beyond MSRP to get people in the door. Once you are in the door, tune changed. They do not say markup. They will declare “premium” on vehicles due to supply and name everything under the sun to try to make a point. I understand there is a markup on VW ID.4 but these people want 17.5K over MSRP for the vehicle. Really? Really? At this point, I will be paying 5K or even 7.5K to their competition in the burbs. Out of courtesy, I will not list their competition here but a quick google search will get you a markup map updated by people’s real information. More

Most bizarre dealership experience I have ever been a part of. Took three weeks to get a lease quote, bait and switch conversations constantly, if I ask about one thing they answered about something else part of. Some could blame this bizarre behavior on Covid, inventory or some other excuse, but this was an extremely unsatisfactory series of emails and telephone calls. I have worked with Angie for the past 6 years, and when I bring the car in for service, I want to see her!! She creates relationships and because of that remembers what my needs are and what I must have in bring the car in for service, I want to see her!!
